Accounting services base fee depends on the number of accounting entries per period. Accounting entry is made with every document (purchase/sale invoices, checks, bank transfers)

Base fee includes following services:

 

• Registration of primary accounting documents in accounting registers

• Accounting of cash transactions

• Registration of bank transactions in accounting

• Registration of purchases, sales in total

• Accounting of tangible assets

 

Additional services and information:

 

• Accounting of salaries - 7 EUR per employee

• Preparation of tax declarations - 10 EUR per declaration

• Warehouse and production management from 40 EUR/h

• Statistics report for Estonian Statistics department - 40 EUR/h 

• Company's accounting regulations - 40 EUR/h

• Archiving (filing + service) 10 EUR per unit

• Creating sales invoices 5 EUR per invoice (depends of the invoice)

• For online banks and payment solution providers (PayPal, Transferwise etc) the accounting entries will be accounted with 2.0x coefficient

• Annual report from 120 EUR per report

• Legal address 200 EUR per year (20 EUR per month)

• Accounting services hourly rate (work not related with base documents) 40 EUR/h

• Financial analysis 65 EUR/h

• Management accounting 65 EUR/h
